This Privacy Policy explains how Biologicware ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Ball Sort - Zen (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App is designed to be played offline and does not ask you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your game data (current level, progress, sound settings, and ad-removal status) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any server.
The App displays advertising and uses services provided by Google. These services may collect and process certain information to function, including a device advertising identifier, approximate (IP-based) location, device and network information, and interactions with ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. The services we use are:
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play Billing; we do not receive or store your payment details.
Career mode offers optional online leaderboards and achievements through Google Play Games Services. Signing in is entirely optional — the game is fully playable without it. If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games associates your play with your Google Play Games profile, and the following is processed by Google to provide the feature:
This data is handled by Google under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete your Google Play Games data at any time in the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings. If you never sign in, no such data is shared.
Ads are served using your device's advertising ID. You can reset this ID or opt out of personalized
advertising at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Removing ads through an in-app purchase (where available) also stops ad requests.
Game settings and progress are stored locally on your device using Android's on-device storage. If you uninstall the App, this local data is removed. Data collected by Google's advertising services is retained according to Google's own policies.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. On-device data is protected by the security mechanisms of your device and operating system. Third-party services apply their own security measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the App or its store listing.
